2. Booking, Payment, and Pricing

Bookings may be made through our online interface, WhatsApp, or phone. All fare estimates shown on the site are indicative and depend on route details, vehicle selection, traffic conditions, and driver availability.

Final pricing is confirmed by the ChalBihar booking team before journey commencement. We accept direct booking payments via cash, digital wallets, or online transfer as agreed at the time of reservation.

3. Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel after booking confirmation, cancellation charges may apply depending on the service type and proximity to the scheduled pickup. Refunds are handled at our discretion and processed promptly through the original payment channel when applicable.

Any disputes about cancellations or pricing should be raised through our support email or WhatsApp number, and we will make best efforts to resolve them within 48 hours.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, valid contact information, and one of the IDs required by our driver partners at the time of service. Any damage or loss attributable to a customer may be charged additionally.
